Ameer Abdullah Re-Signs With Las Vegas Raiders
Shortly after putting the franchise tag on Josh Jacobs, the Raiders have solidified that Ameer Abdullah will also be returning to the backfield at the start of the 2023 season, signing the 10 year veteran to a 1-year deal. Abdullah played in all 17 games last year for the Raiders, carrying the ball only 4 times for 20 yards, but his contribution came both on special teams and pass catching. Abdullah caught 25 passes for 211 yards last season, which added another dynamic to the Raiders offense. On special teams, he averaged 20.9 yards on 26 kick returns. Ameer Abdullah was a second round pick by the Lions in 2015. He also spent time in Minnesota and Carolina before landing in Las Vegas. 0 Facebook 0 Twitter 0 Linkedin 0 Pinterest 0 Email
